Our Membership Program is designed to reward our loyal customers with exclusive benefits! Members can earn points on every purchase, which can later be redeemed for free products or special discount coupons.

2. Who can join the Membership Program?

Our Membership Program is open to all customers—there’s no spending threshold to become a member. Simply sign up on GANCUBE.com, and you’re in!

3. How do I earn points?

Earn points for every $1 spent, and unlock higher point multipliers as your VIP tier levels up.

4. What can I redeem with my points?

Points can be redeemed for free products or discount coupons. However, points cannot be used as cash or directly applied to an order’s value.

5. When my points will be expired

All of your points will expire if you have not earned or redeemed points for a continuous period of 1 year. We will always warn you before your points expire.

6. Can I return or cancel redeemed rewards?

Once you redeem your points for rewards, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. How long are redeemed rewards valid?

All redeemed rewards, including coupons and free products, must be used within 3 months. Expired rewards cannot be refunded or restored to points.

8. What happens to my points if I get a refund or cancel an order?

In the case of refunds or cancellations, the corresponding points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.

9. What are the membership tiers, and how do I advance?

Our membership features 4 tiers (Lv1–Lv4). Simply reach the required annual spend threshold to level up and unlock greater rewards!

10. Is my membership tier permanent?

No, membership tiers have a 1-year validity period.

11. How can I earn points through reviews?

Please use the email address that matches the order to leave a review to earn rewards, and you can only earn the reward once every 7 days. Even if you leave multiple reviews, you can only receive 20 points. Thank you for your understanding.

12. Do I get extra points on Members' Day (the 5th of each month)?

Yes! Every month on the 5th, your point multiplier automatically increases by +1X Bonus Points. For example, if your current tier gives you 3X points, you will enjoy 4X points on Members' Day!
