1. Membership
1.1 Free Membership: Joining our membership program requires no purchase threshold. Simply create an account in our store to become a member and enjoy exclusive member benefits.
1.2 How to Join: Visit the GANCUBE official store and register. Click here to access the registration page. You will be asked for your email address and password. You may also choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Once the required information is submitted, your account is successfully created, and you are enrolled in the GANCUBE membership program.
2. Earning Credits
2.1 Eligibility: Members can earn credits for standard product purchases on the GANCUBE official store (excluding shipping fees, price adjustments for after-sales support, and specific non-eligible items). Anyone can earn points through purchases, but you must create an account outlined in these Terms and Conditions to use your points.
2.2 Credit Earning Rate: For every $1 spent, members earn 1 credit. Credits are calculated based on the subtotal after discounts, rounded to the nearest whole number (e.g., a $9.99 purchase earns 10 credits).
2.3 Exceptions: Credits do not apply to shipping fees, taxes, free gifts, or after-sales price adjustments. Gift card purchases, voucher redemptions, and any form of price adjustments (including returns) are not eligible for credits. Wholesale retailers are excluded from the program.
2.4 Returns/Order Cancellations: Credits earned on returned, canceled, refunded, or declined purchases will be deducted from your account. Returned order credits cannot be reapplied to your account under any circumstances.
2.5 Promotion Bonus Credits: The GANCUBE official store occasionally offers promotional events where members can earn bonus credits for purchases. Details of such offers, including bonus amounts, will be outlined in the event terms. Bonus credits are subject to specific promotional conditions and may vary based on the GANCUBE store's discretion.
3. Redeeming Credits
3.1 Overview: GANCUBE Credits can be redeemed exclusively in the GANCUBE official online store. Members can exchange credits for discount coupons or free products, subject to availability. The redemption rules are subject to change based on promotional events or product launches, without prior notice.
3.2 How to Redeem Credits: Click the "Rewards" icon at the bottom-left of the website. Select "Ways to Redeem" and choose your reward based on your available credits. Rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Please carefully review the terms of each reward before confirming redemption. Once redeemed, you will receive a one-time discount code, which can be applied during checkout.
3.3 Rules for Discount Codes:
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other in-store promotions.
- Some discount codes may have minimum purchase requirements or product quantity limits.
- Discount codes must be used within six months from the date of issue, otherwise, they will expire.
3.4 Rules for Free Product Redemption:
- If your order total does not meet the free shipping threshold, you will still need to pay shipping fees for the redeemed free product.
- Redeemed-free products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled unless defective or damaged during shipment. If you received damaged or incorrect products, please contact us at service@gancube.com within 7 days of receiving them.
- Free product redemptions must also be used within six months from the date of issue.
3.5 Irrevocable Redemption: Once credits are redeemed for rewards, the redemption cannot be canceled, and the credits cannot be reinstated to your account. We appreciate your understanding.
3.6 We encourage you to redeem your credits regularly to fully enjoy the benefits of our membership program. Please note that certain rewards are available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or replace rewards at any time at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Thank you for your support and understanding.
4. Credits Expiry:
Credits expire 365 days (1 year) after they are credited to your account unless redeemed. All of your points will expire if you have not earned or redeemed points for a continuous period of 1 year. We will always warn you before your points expire.

5. GANCUBE VIP
5.1 Overview: Enrolling in the GANCUBE membership program grants automatic inclusion in the GANCUBE VIP program. Members accumulate credits through purchases to unlock higher VIP tiers with enhanced benefits.
5.2 VIP Tiers and Thresholds
- Bronze: Join for free, no threshold
- Silver: Earn 200 points to achieve Silver status and unlock exclusive rewards.
- Gold: Earn 400 points to reach Gold status, gaining access to premium rewards..
5.3 VIP Tier Validity: VIP status is valid for one calendar year, resetting annually on January 1. Accumulated credits, however, will remain intact after the tier reset. Members need to requalify for their VIP level each year.

- Points Multiplier：Represents the number of points you can get for every 1 USD spent. VIP tiers may occasionally offer enhanced earning rates during special promotions, subject to promotional terms.
- Priority Purchase to New Products：Reaching Silver above tier access the priority purchase to certain new products upon their release, such as our annual global limited edition. Subject to the terms of the event at that time.
- Exclusive Holiday Coupon: Receive exclusive discounts for select holiday events.
- New Product Experience: Reaching the Gold tier will have the opportunity to experience new products before their official release, subject to the terms of the event at that time.
5.5 Unless otherwise specified on the website, the details and terms of any offers listed on the website are valid only during your active membership period.
6. Additional Terms
6.1 Account Termination: You can terminate and delete your account information by contacting us anytime. Please note that deleting your account means you will only be able to shop as a guest, and any remaining unspent points or unclaimed rewards in the account will be forfeited.
6.2 Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded, and are only valid within the GANCUBE official online store. Purchases made outside the GANCUBE store are not eligible for point accumulation (including but not limited to Facebook resale groups, Amazon, and other third-party platforms).
6.3 By registering and joining the GANCUBE membership program, you agree to comply with these terms and any other terms that may be related to this rewards program. GANCUBE reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or restrict the membership program at any time, and any changes may be made without prior notice. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program's Terms and Conditions.
6.4 Points are prohibited from being sold. Any misuse of this membership program, failure to comply with its rules, or any actions that damage GANCUBE's interests may result in the revocation of your membership and impact your eligibility for any other GANCUBE programs (now or in the future).
