    We equipped the GAN356 Maglev with Magnetic GES v2. This system uses magnetic rings and separate adjustment mechanisms to customize center travel and tension.

    How many adjustment settings does the GAN356 Maglev have?

    We provide six center travel settings and six tension settings, giving you 36 combinations to customize the cube’s turning feel.

    How do I adjust center travel on the GAN356 Maglev?

    We designed center travel adjustment around the numerical distancing nut. Insert the adjusting tool into its slot and turn clockwise to change settings. Choose from levels 1–6: a smaller number provides shorter center travel and a tighter feel.

    How do I adjust tension on the GAN356 Maglev?

    We use a separate magnetic tension nut for tension adjustment. Insert the adjusting tool into its slot and turn clockwise. Each click increases tension by one level, with setting 1 providing the minimum tension.

    What is the difference between center travel and tension?

    We designed these adjustments to control different aspects of turning. Center travel determines how far the center pieces can move along the core, affecting corner cutting and resistance to popping. Tension controls how tightly the pieces are pressed toward the core, changing the resistance you feel when turning.
