1. How do I create an account?
To create an account, click the "Login button at the top of our homepage. Enter your email, create a password, and follow the prompts to complete registration.
2. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and access exclusive benefits.
3. How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Yout Password?" on the login page. Enter your email, and we'll send you instructions to reset it.
4. How can I update my account information?
To update your information, log in to your account and navigate to the "My Account" section. Here, you can change your personal details, address, and password.
5. Can I delete my account?
Yes, if you wish to delete your account, please contact our Customer Support team. They’ll assist you with the process and ensure your data is securely removed.

1. How can I cancelling an order?

2. Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. Please contact us at service@gancube.com before your order ships out, and provide your order number and new shipping address.
If your order has already been sent, then unfortunately you will no longer be able to modify the
address.

1. When my order will be shipped out?
The order usually needs to take 2-3 business days to process and
dispatch.
2. Is free shipping available?
Yes, we offer free shipping over orders of 49.99 USD.
3. Which country do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to any address that will accept deliveries! Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout for available shipping options.
4. What should I do if I’m informed that import taxesare required?
You are responsible for paying any import taxes associated with your order.
Return&Refund
1. What if I do not want the item that I ordered?
Please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. If the product still in new
or like-new condition, you can ship the item back to us. And customers need to pay for any return shipping to our service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, taxes, if applicable).
2. What if the item that I received is defective?
Please report non-user damage to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. We can
offer complete replacement and we will be responsible for any shipping cost.
3. What should I do if there is a missing item in thepackage that I received?
On rare occasions, you may receive a package from us with something missing.
Please contact us within one week of receiving the package. We can offer a replacement immediately.
If you no longer want the missing item, we can issue a refund equal to the item’s value.
