HOW TO BUY IN THE SHOP

We suggest customers register a GANCUBE account by E-mail address and login with the account before placing orders. For return customers , please login directly.

1) Click “Products” or “SHOP” to enter GANCUBE shop.

2) Find the product you want to purchase. Click “Select options”.

3) Select the product/type and quantity you prefer. Click “add to cart” or “Buy now” to proceed to check out.

Please fill the “Billing Details”.
If you want to ship the package to a different address, please select the “Ship to a different address” option and fill the shipping address. Please note your contact details(Phone number and E-mail address) in “Order notes” if they are different in “Billing details” and shipping address.
If any other requirements are needed, please also write them in “Order notes”.
Please check the order details carefully before clicking “Place order” and proceed to payment.

After confirming the order details, click “Place order” and proceed to Payment page. We now accept PayPal, Western Union Credit Card and Alipay as our payment methods:

Alipay is for the CNY (Chinese currency) payment only.
 

For all orders, it takes 1-5 working days to process to ship out. You will receive an E-mail with order details, tracking number and tracking way from no-reply@gancube.com, once your package is shipped out. You can also login your GANCUBE account to check the order status.
