1. Refund Reqeust
To start a refund request, please send an E-mail to the mailbox: service@gancube.com and provide the information below:
a) Login ID (E-mail address in your payment)
b) Order number
c) The item you want to refund
If the item has already been shipped out (tracking information is updated), we would not cancel the order and refund to you, unless you make a return request after the item is signed.
2. Return Request
Return requests for non-defective products (except Infinity cube) should generally satisfy all the factors below:
a) Unopened or very lightly used (No packaging damage, No stickers & body scratches)
b) Receiving the products within 2 weeks
To start a Return request, please send an E-mail to the mailbox: service@gancube.com and provide the information below:
a) Login ID (E-mail address in your payment)
b) Order number
c) The item you want to return
d) Photos or short videos to show the condition of the products
Please contact us to tell the specific details about the product first. We will check and tell you how to operate on this case by E-mail. The customer is responsible for returning the items to us in the original condition, with original product packaging and manuals. The customer will bear the return shipping fee for return requests for non-defective merchandise.
3. Return Process
After receiving the return package from you, we will send an E-mail to your mailbox to follow up on the return process. There normally will be 2 options for you:
a) Resend a new one
b) Refund
Please mail us back and tell us your choice, we will process it according to your request. If we do not receive a reply from you for more than a month, we will automatically refund to you with shipping fee deducted.
